People are forgetting what's important, before all this technology you had to write a letter, call, hope they pick up, 'cause you couldn't leave a message, or get up, get dress go over to see them and talk it out. Now there's 50 ways to argue, people callin', leavin' messages, textin', postin' on the internet, twisted on twitter,got your ipad, and ipod and i'm gonna git u sucker dumb smartphone. Before all this technology you had to sit down and think, think about what's important, about what matters, about what you gonna say and do, alot of relationships were saved because somebody didn't get through, hung the phone up or didn't finish that train ride. Why? Because in the process you had time, Time to think, like what's gonna happen if i say this, do this? do i really mean it, what part did i play?, am i really finished? Technology kills process and process is part of GOD's design. Process is the time it takes for an emotion to move through the 3 realms of body,mind and spirit and hopefully to a right end. Don't get caught in the technology that's designed to vaporize your Spirit and what makes you you, "The humanity of Human interaction." Think before you act, then go see the person, look them in the eyes, touch them if you can and see how you really feel...

Most people are participating in their own unhappiness. Think about it. You still have phone numbers of people who never call or don't call enough to matter, and when you go through your contacts and realize they haven't called, that they never call, you feel a way, but you're participating in your pain 'cause you kept the numbers. Think about it. you got all these bills, all this debt 'cause somebody said this is what counts, buy this, this is what the important people wear,drive,do, so you wear,drive, do it at any cost. Or you just can't break up with "Get More" a doomed relationship from the start. When the Bills come, you feel a way, but you're participating in your pain 'cause you still keep wearing, driving, doin', and lovin' Get More . When people speed pass me on the highway, crazy sometimes, cutting me off sometimes, i feel an urge to drive fast too, even if I'm in no hurry, I'll show them. Then i tell myself "I'm not participating" let them go 'head. It keeps me from being pulled off course into someone else's flow, out of myself, off my square, stressed and unhappy. Don't participate in your own unhappiness, let go of whatever's not working, tell somebody "Go 'head" today. Take care of yourself, keep your Flow, life is not suppose to hurt and when it does, makes sure you're not participating in creating the pain. We can change this world and change ourselves if we just stop participating in what makes us unhappy...

Finally decided to relax and let somebody else drive. They a good driver once I gave them the chance. Wow. I'm chillin' on the passenger side watchin' the trees and sights, even dozed off a couple times, they drive so smooth , I don't feel the bumps as much. I learn to trust them with my life, forgot how relaxing it was riding on the passenger side, think I'll stay here.
